Huiping Zhang (engl name Carrie) has got a bachelor degree of arts from Wuhan University of China in English Literature. After her studies she entered the field of human resources, where she worked as a HR professional for companies like Federal Mogul, Siemens China, Rio-Tinto Alcan and the automotive OEM Qoros. In her positions as HR manager and director she gained in depth knowledge particularly in the following industries: automotive components, industrial machinery, mining machinery and automobile industry. During her over 15 years of working experience, she has build up her expertise in human resources but as well a solid network of professionals and decision makers of world known companies.
After moving to southern Germany for family reasons, she is now making use of her extended
professionel network helping Chinese OEM, their 1st tier suppliers and global, leading corporations to recruit
professionals/experts, interested in working as expatriates in China as well as supporting those
companies to find experienced staff for their European operation and expansion plans.

Dr. Axel Brandt grew up in Germany and Belgium, where he completed his bilingual matric at the European School in Brussels. His tertiary academic education led to a Ph.D in physics, having studied at universities in Berlin, Hamburg and being a scientist at the Center of Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva. He then decided to exchange science to a professional career in the IT industry.
In his first employment, he has worked as an analyst, project leader and consultant at Germany’s leading software company in Hamburg. Six years later, a well-known German System house appointed him as marketing/sales manager for Switzerland based in Zurich. His business contacts with Switzerland’s No1 SW company led three years later to his next career step, when he became entrusted as General Manager to build up the German subsidiary of the Swiss mother company in Francfort. One of his cooperation partners for computer integrated manufacturing (CIM), the world’s 2nd largest computer company UNISYS at the time. engaged him as IT director (board member), putting him in charge of leading the company`s transformation from a hardware seller to a complete solution provider, which required a reorganization of the software BU.
In his career, Dr. Brandt has gained insight into a large cross-section of industries, when he was in charge of IT developments with cutting-edge software solutions in manufacturing, food industry and logistics. He is familiar with negotiations with C-level management of Fortune 500 companies and is fluent in English, verbally and in writing due to his involvement in many international projects and living/working for over a decade in South Africa.
After returning to Germany in 2011, Dr. Brandt opened the Internet Marketing company Drabis. He joined five years later as senior partner Sino German Executive Search (SGES), a headhunting company focusing on the Chinese automotive industry and other internationally operating enterprises.
