Ref. Ca001 Resident Quality Engineer
Location：Wolfsburg. business travel Berlin /Untertuerkheim/Belgium
Responsibilities
1. Communicating with customers:
Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction;
Identify customer demand and feedback to relevant responsible persons timely;

Requirements
1. More than 1 year customer quality engineer experience in the automotive industry is preferred
2. Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA etc. quality system; Understand the quality improvement tools (eg: FMEA、FTA、8D、6Sigma、SPC );
3. Understand the basic principles of battery operation, understand the basic characteristics of communication failure and mechanical structure failure, understand product failure analysis methods ;
4. Familiar with office software, with basic statistical analysis, report summary and reporting capabilities;
5. Good English and mandarin communication skills, logical expression skills and stress resistance .

Responsibilities

- The RQE should have the ability to handle abnormal problems in customer receipt and assembly process and make preliminary judgments. 5W2H method can be used to describe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately;
- Able to containment/isolate/sorting the defective products at the customer's plant according to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis;
- Rework the defective products in customer side in time, actively communicate with the customer to reduce the number of product returns;
- Supervise employees to operate according to SOP in reworking;
- Follow up assembly process in client, cooperate to solve the problem in assembly process. Identify potential risk for customer using.
- Actively report the products usage and be able to handle emergencies independently.
3. Summarise the customer complaint:

4. Support customer quality problem solve:
- Accept exchange to different regions to assist with customer quality problems;

Requirements

Ref. Ca002 Customer Quality Engineer

Job responsiblities
1. Communicating with customers:
a. Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction;
b. Identify customer demand and feedback to relevant responsible persons timely;
c. Actively report the products usage and be able to handle emergencies independently.
2. Customer Quality Co-ordinator：
a. Coordinating the management and report of customer quality problem
b. Coordinating the improvement for customer complaint, management returning/exchanging of goods and the initiation workflow for the correction of market-side fault product, judging quality problem of CRM system order, registing the quality problem and in BPM system and following up it. 5W2H method can be used to describe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately;Able to containment/isolate/sorting the defective products at the customer's plant according to the scope of risk, preliminary FA analysis.

3. Arrangement of customer audit
Managing CATT production projects, which include coordinating customers' audit, managing customer-supplied date , submitting product certification materials, making and implementing the annual customers' audit plan
4. Preparing the Quality reports, which include Daily/weekly/monthly reports, major quality report and reports for customer quality problems
5.Construction of internal organization, which includes support the appraisal and building of group, department and KPI；Other tasks arranged by superiors.
Requirements：

Job responsibilities
1. FA team formation (sorting out and counting fault information, forming failure analysis team);
2. Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram and 5WHY methods to analyze failure causes, including cell & module disassembly);
3. Improve the coordination of meeting (gather team members, discuss and make analysis, improve the verification plan);
4. Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (follow up and confirm the effect of improvement verification in time);
5. FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D report (form a lesson learning and form a closed loop);

Job requirements
1. More than 3 years of FA related experience or more than 1 year of BMS related work experience is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, materials or machinery;
3. Understand the structure and functional principle of lithium battery and power battery system, as well as the manufacturing process, master the failure mechanism of the system related to mechanical, electrical, chemical, thermal, etc;
4. Understand FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other scientific and engineering analysis methods, strong logical thinking ability;
5. Can use CATIA and other drawing software, can identify 3D map, product explosion map, skilled use of office software, have a certain ability of data analysis and processing;
6. Have a sense of teamwork, strong communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure;

Main Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate commissioning work to tight deadlines
- Ensure that battery equipment works to its specification
- Create and carry out test procedures
- Investigate problems and diagnose and repair faults
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the commissioning phase of the project.
- Develop relationships with the client to ensure a smooth delivery and handover.
- Responsible for providing the project manager and supervisor with Progress updates and raise concerns where necessary.
- Ensure the commissioning is to the appropriate levels of quality and to standards and manufacturers best practice.

- Produce and review Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all commissioning based activities.
